Repeals and replaces section 170.132 of Missouri law regarding electronic texts in schools.

Defines "accessible electronic text" as digital text that supports text-to-speech, adjustable font size, chapter/section navigation, alternative image descriptions, and publisher-tagged content structure.

Requires public elementary and secondary schools to procure print instructional materials from vendors offering accessible electronic text formats when materials meet curricular needs and do not impose undue burden.

Authorizes all public elementary, secondary, and post-secondary schools to transcribe, reproduce, and distribute print materials in specialized formats (Braille, large print, digital audio, accessible electronic text) for students with disabilities under IDEA or Section 504.

Requires the Missouri assistive technology council to annually identify approved accessible electronic text formats, identify vendors offering such materials, and disseminate vendor information to schools.
