Establishes the "Women's Heart Health Program" within the Department of Health and Senior Services upon receipt of federal funding to provide heart disease risk screening to uninsured and underinsured women.

Eligible participants are women ages 35-64 who are uninsured or underinsured, receiving breast and cervical cancer screenings under the Missouri Show Me Healthy Women Program, and have gross family income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Requires the department to contract with existing Missouri Show Me Healthy Women Program providers to conduct screenings including height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, and blood glucose.

Women with screening results indicating increased heart disease risk must be referred for appropriate follow-up care and offered lifestyle education services to reduce their risk.

Program establishment and implementation are contingent on federal funding availability; the department has no obligation to establish the program if federal funds are unavailable.
