Defines "children's product" as items designed for care or use by children under age 9, including cribs, car seats, high chairs, strollers, walkers, toys, and play equipment that come into contact with the child

Requires the attorney general to maintain and publicly post a comprehensive list of unsafe children's products, updating it within 24 hours of new recalls or warnings, with links to specific recall notices

Mandates manufacturers and distributors notify commercial customers within 24 hours of a recall, while retailers must remove recalled products from shelves within 3 business days and post recall notices in stores for 120 days

Imposes civil penalties of up to $500 per day for violations by those who fail to exercise reasonable care, enforceable by the attorney general or county prosecuting attorneys
