Beginning January 1, 2011, prohibits manufacturing, selling, or distributing bottles, cups, or containers with bisphenol-A above 0.1 parts per billion (ppb) if designed for infants or children three years of age or younger.

Prohibits manufacturing, selling, or distributing liquids, foods, or beverages in cans, jars, or containers with bisphenol-A above 0.1 ppb if designed or intended primarily for consumption by infants or children three years of age or younger.

Requires manufacturers replacing bisphenol-A to use the least toxic alternative available.

Prohibits replacement of bisphenol-A with substances classified as A, B, or C carcinogens by the EPA or listed as known or likely human carcinogens.

Prohibits replacement of bisphenol-A with reproductive toxicants that cause birth defects, reproductive harm, or developmental harm as identified by the EPA or included in state drinking water regulations.
