Requires medical providers performing forensic examinations or medical treatment of sexual offense victims to inform victims of their right to request a drug test for rape drugs.

Mandates providers give victims a signed release form documenting they were informed of the right to request drug testing.

Defines "rape drug" to include GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate), rohypnol, ketamine, and ecstasy, as specified in the federal Hillory J. Farias and Samantha Reid Date-Rape Drug Prohibition Act of 2000.

Requires drug test results to be included with other forensic evidence and treated the same way, with testing costs considered part of the forensic examination eligible for reimbursement under existing law.

Authorizes the Department of Health and Senior Services to promulgate rules implementing the law's provisions subject to Missouri's Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 536).
