Amends chapter 208, RSMo by adding section 208.247 to establish an exemption from federal food stamp eligibility restrictions.

Individuals convicted of felonies involving possession or use of controlled substances remain eligible for food stamp program benefits under Missouri law.

Implements Missouri's option under 21 U.S.C. Section 862a(d) to exempt drug felony convictions from the federal prohibition on food stamp eligibility.
