Requires circuit clerks to provide petitioners with information about notification of service for ex parte orders of protection, including options to register telephone numbers with the victim notification system.

Mandates law enforcement agencies and other government agencies to enter service information into MULES (Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System) or comparable secure electronic databases within 24 hours after serving an ex parte order on a respondent.

Requires law enforcement agencies maintaining MULES to enter expiration or termination information for orders of protection into the system within 24 hours of receiving notice of such expiration or termination.

Maintains existing provisions that full orders of protection must be issued after a hearing proving abuse or stalking by preponderance of evidence, valid for 180 days to 1 year, and renewable for additional periods of 180 days to 1 year.

Requires the court to provide copies of orders of protection to local law enforcement agencies and the state MULES system the same day the order is granted for verification purposes.
