Requires pharmacies and employees to dispense FDA-approved contraceptives upon receipt of a valid prescription without delay, consistent with normal prescription filling timeframes.

Obligates pharmacies to obtain contraceptives not in stock using standard ordering procedures, or transfer the prescription to a pharmacy of the patient's choice if the patient prefers.

Defines "contraceptive" as all drugs or devices approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration to prevent pregnancy.

Requires pharmacies to treat customers in a non-judgmental manner without subjecting them to indignity, humiliation, breaches of confidentiality, or pressure regarding contraceptive prescriptions or over-the-counter emergency contraceptive purchases.

Subjects pharmacies that violate these provisions to disciplinary action under section 338.055, while preserving pharmacists' duty to screen for drug therapy problems and interactions.
