Repeals section 447.535 and enacts two new sections (447.535 and 447.548) relating to unclaimed property in Missouri.

Exempts intangible property due or owed by a business association to another business association from unclaimed property provisions when resulting from normal business transactions.

Establishes a three-year statute of limitations for the state treasurer to enforce unclaimed property laws after a holder files a report or provides notice of a dispute.

Allows the state treasurer to enforce unclaimed property claims within six years if a fraudulent report is filed with intent to evade escheatment.

Permits the state treasurer to enforce unclaimed property claims at any time if no report is filed.
