Prohibits persons under 21 years old from entering drinking establishments, with an exception for underage entertainers performing live entertainment

Defines "drinking establishment" as a premises open to the general public where intoxicating liquor sold by the drink is served

Excludes restaurants from the drinking establishment definition if they have permanent kitchen facilities, serve food 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., operate at least four hours daily with two dedicated food staff, and derive 50% of gross sales from prepared meals

Defines "underage entertainer" as a person under 21 whose sole purpose at the establishment is to present a live performance individually or as part of a group

Violation constitutes a class C misdemeanor
