Requires public school districts, charter schools, parochial schools, and private schools to report student enrollment information to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education at the beginning and end of each school year.

Required reporting information includes total number of students enrolled, age of each student at time of reporting, and number of students in each grade level.

Prohibits schools from providing individual student names or any other identifying information in reports.

Schools operating on year-round calendars must provide the information twice annually as directed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Parents or guardians of children enrolled in home schools must notify their child's school district of residence that the child is home schooled, without providing the child's name or identifying information.
