Prohibits employers from requiring employees to join or refrain from joining a labor organization as a condition of employment.

Prohibits requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or other charges to a labor organization, or to pay equivalent amounts to charities or third parties in lieu of such payments.

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void.

Establishes violations as a class C misdemeanor and provides injured persons the right to seek injunctive relief and recover damages including attorney fees.

Exempts federal employers, Railway Labor Act employers, federal enclaves, and existing collective bargaining agreements entered into before the law's effective date.
