Requires all driver's license examinations under section 302.173 to be administered only in the English language so applicants can demonstrate their ability to read English and understand highway traffic signs and safety warnings.

Prohibits the director of revenue from supplying or permitting the use of foreign language interpreters in connection with written and driving tests for driver's licenses.

Establishes a $25 fee for applicants taking the driving portion of the examination and a $15 fee for applicants taking the written portion of the examination.

Directs all fees collected from examination fees to be deposited into the state highway fund for appropriation to the Missouri State Highway Patrol for administration of these examination requirements.
