Prohibits the director of revenue from supplying or permitting the use of foreign language interpreters during written and driving tests for driver's license examinations

Applies the prohibition to all applicants taking the complete examination, written test, or driving demonstration required under section 302.173

Repeals and replaces the existing section 302.173, RSMo regarding driver's license exam administration

Maintains all other existing examination requirements including vision tests, knowledge of traffic laws, and practical driving ability demonstrations

Does not affect existing exemptions for license renewals, armed forces members, or waiver provisions for applicants with comparable licenses from other states
