Repeals and re-enacts section 302.173, RSMo, relating to driver's license examination requirements and procedures.

Establishes a $15 fee for any applicant required to take the written portion of the driver's license examination.

All fees collected shall be deposited into the state highway fund for appropriation to the Missouri State Highway Patrol for administration of examination-related activities.

Fee is in addition to any other fees required upon completion of written or driving tests.

Maintains existing examination requirements including vision tests, traffic sign recognition, knowledge of traffic laws, and practical driving demonstrations.
