Repeals and reenacts section 302.173, RSMo, relating to driver's license examination administration

Requires all examinations conducted under this section to be administered only in the English language so applicants can demonstrate ability to read English sufficiently to understand highway traffic signs and safety warnings

Maintains existing examination requirements including vision test, understanding of highway signs, knowledge of traffic laws, and practical demonstration of safe vehicle operation

Preserves exemptions for active armed forces members, their adult dependents, Peace Corps members, and honorably discharged veterans from submitting to full examinations under specified conditions

Continues requirements for examiners to report suspected fraud or deception during the examination process to the director of revenue
