Modifies the definition of "employment" for licensed real estate salespersons and brokers in Missouri's unemployment compensation law by changing the threshold from "at least eighty percent" to "substantially all" of remuneration being directly related to sales or output.

Expands the scope of compensable activities to include "the performance of services" in addition to sales, and clarifies that remuneration must be based on output rather than hours worked.

Requires a written contract between the individual and employer stating that the individual will not be treated as an employee for federal tax purposes.

Repeals and replaces section 288.034, RSMo, establishing new comprehensive definitions and eligibility criteria for unemployment compensation coverage across various employment categories.
