Establishes special "In God We Trust" motor vehicle license plates available to any person who owns a vehicle in Missouri (excluding apportioned and commercial vehicles over 18,000 pounds gross weight)

Replaces the standard "SHOW-ME STATE" text with "IN GOD WE TRUST" on the special plates while maintaining the same reflective materials, color scheme, and design standards as regular plates

Requires the Director of Revenue to issue plates with letters and numbers as determined by the advisory committee established in section 301.129

Mandates that special plates include an image of the American flag and meet visibility and aesthetic requirements prescribed by section 301.130

Applicants must submit an application form provided by the Director of Revenue to obtain the special plates
