Amends section 160.545 to modify eligibility requirements for the A+ Schools Program's tuition reimbursement for postsecondary education.

Exempts students who are dependents of retired military personnel who relocated to Missouri within one year of the parent's retirement from active duty from the three-year high school attendance requirement.

Maintains the existing exemption for students who are active duty military dependents from the three-year attendance requirement.

Requires such military dependent students to meet all other A+ Program requirements in the school year immediately preceding graduation, including attending a qualifying school.
