Adds a circle marking option immediately below each party name on electronic voting system ballots, allowing voters to cast a straight party ticket with a single mark in general elections.

Permits voters to mark the circle below a party name to vote for all candidates of that party, or alternatively mark individual candidate squares to vote a split ticket.

Removes the prohibition on straight party voting that was previously in statute, restoring the ability to vote all candidates of one party with a single selection.

Allows counting judges to separate and count straight party ballots before split party ballots during vote tallying in general elections.

Updates ballot design requirements to include the party circle marking feature and provides instructions for voters to use this straight ticket voting option.
