Prohibits employers, corporations, labor organizations, and political subdivisions from discriminating against employees based on political beliefs, voting choices, or campaign contributions.

Requires employers and organizations to obtain advance voluntary permission from members or employees before receiving or collecting political contributions from them; violation is a class A misdemeanor.

Mandates that employers with payroll deduction systems must provide employees with the option to contribute to a continuing committee through payroll deduction upon written request by 10 or more employees.

Establishes that employees may only contribute to a continuing committee of their own voluntary choice through payroll deduction; violation is a class A misdemeanor.

Allows aggrieved employees to file civil lawsuits within one year for violations, with awards of $100 to $1,000 plus attorney's fees and court costs for each violation.
