Creates a new crime of "trafficking for the purposes of illegal immigration" when a person knowingly transports or assists in transporting an illegal immigrant within Missouri for anything of value, with intent to violate federal immigration law, classified as a class B felony

Prohibits concealing, harboring, or sheltering any illegal immigrant from detection in any building or means of transportation when knowing or recklessly disregarding their unlawful immigration status

Makes it unlawful for an illegal immigrant to transport himself or herself within the state of Missouri

Violations carry a felony penalty with imprisonment of not less than one year, a fine of not less than $1,000, or both

Adds statutory definition of "illegal immigrant" as a person who is not a U.S. citizen and not lawfully present under federal immigration law (8 U.S.C. Section 1101)
