Amends Chapter 71 of Missouri Revised Statutes by adding a new section 71.275 relating to research park annexation.

Allows a municipality to annex a parcel of land within a research, development, or office park project established under section 172.273 if the governing body finds it in the public interest.

Requires the parcel to be contiguous and compact to the existing corporate limits of the municipality and located in an unincorporated county area.

Mandates that the municipality obtain written consent from all property owners located within the unincorporated parcel before annexation can occur.
