Establishes sampling protocol requiring at least five samples equally spaced over 30 days when initial sample exceeds 126 colonies per 100 milliliters, with geometric mean not to exceed 126 colonies per 100 milliliters.

Sets confidence limits for individual samples based on beach use levels: 75% for designated beaches, 82% for moderate use, 90% for light use, and 95% for infrequent use beaches.

Requires immediate public release of sampling results if geometric mean of first three samples exceeds 126 colonies per 100 milliliters, or if all five samples exceed this threshold.
