Establishes a Joint Interim Committee on Use of Less-Lethal Options by Law Enforcement to operate during the legislative interim between the 95th General Assembly's Second Regular Session and the 96th General Assembly's First Regular Session.

Committee shall comprehensively study and make recommendations regarding the use and relative dangers of less-lethal options including tear gas, pepper mace, ballistic bean bags, and tasers used by Missouri law enforcement agencies.

Committee is authorized to solicit input and information from state departments and agencies, law enforcement agencies, and the general public to fulfill its obligations.

Committee must prepare a final report with legislative recommendations and submit it to the General Assembly prior to the start of the 96th General Assembly's First Regular Session.

House Research, Joint Committee on Legislative Research, and Senate Research shall provide legal, research, clerical, technical, and bill drafting services; expenses shall be paid by the Joint Contingent Fund.
