Urges the United States Congress to immediately repeal the Government Pension Offset (GPO) and Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) of the federal Social Security Act

States that the GPO causes nine out of ten affected public employees to lose their entire spousal benefit despite their spouse paying Social Security taxes

Notes that the WEP causes workers to lose up to sixty percent of benefits they earned themselves

Identifies that these provisions apply to all vested members of Missouri's Public School Retirement System and discourage people from entering the teaching profession during a national teacher shortage

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send inscribed copies to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and all Missouri Congressional delegation members
