Petitions the Council of State Governments to remove Missouri's membership from the Southern Region and transfer it to the Midwestern Region.

Argues that Missouri's geographic location in the center of the United States and the "Midwest" makes the Midwestern Region a more appropriate fit than the Southern Region.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House of Representatives to send inscribed copies of the resolution to the Governor of South Dakota (President of the Council of State Governments), the Chair of the Council, the Executive Director of the Southern Legislative Conference, and the Director of the Midwestern Region.
