Identifies elevating the highway approximately 3.5 feet from its current level as a potential solution to reduce flooding frequency and improve safety for motorists and pedestrians.

Notes that previous requests to the Missouri Department of Transportation regarding highway elevation improvements have remained unresolved.

Requires the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House of Representatives to send copies of the resolution to Pete Rahn, Director of the Missouri Department of Transportation, and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.
