Calls on Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster to join 13 other state attorneys general in challenging Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson's special deal exempting Nebraska from Medicaid expansion costs under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (HR 3590).

States that Nebraska received a permanent exemption from bearing costs of newly eligible Medicaid enrollees while all other 47 states must allocate substantial funds to accommodate the federal health care bill's Medicaid mandates.

Urges Attorney General Koster to review the constitutionality and legality of the Nebraska Compromise provision and defend Missouri taxpayers against this discriminatory arrangement.

Directs the Attorney General to refrain from litigation regarding HR 3590 until the bill becomes law, to preserve resources for criminal prosecutions, immigration enforcement, consumer protection, and natural resource protection.

Instructs the House Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to Attorney General Koster, the Governor, and all members of Missouri's congressional delegation.
