Urges the Department of Homeland Security and Congress to increase enforcement of illegal immigration laws, particularly penalties on employers who hire unauthorized workers.

Supports expansion of the Secure Communities program and strengthening of the 287(g) program to allow local law enforcement to check immigration status.

Calls on Congress to enact legislation permitting the Social Security No-Match program, which would enable the Social Security Administration to target employers with high numbers of unmatched W-2s.

Emphasizes federal law prohibits hiring, recruiting, or referring unauthorized aliens for work, and makes it illegal for nonprofit or religious organizations to knowingly assist employers in violating employment sanctions.

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send copies of this resolution to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, congressional leadership, and all Missouri Congressional delegation members.
