Authorizes the Missouri House of Representatives to employ necessary staff between May 14, 2010, and January 5, 2011, following adjournment of the regular session.

Permitted staff positions include secretarial, administrative, research, budget, and support personnel appointed by the Speaker.

Employment is limited to the number of efficient employees necessary for House operations and cannot exceed amounts authorized by appropriation.

Terms of employment for interim staff are established by the Committee on Administration and Accounts.

Employees may be retained for veto sessions, special sessions, or other extraordinary legislative sessions requiring House operations.
