• Expands the definition of "telephone solicitation" to include facsimile, graphic imaging, data communication, and text messaging in addition to voice calls.

• Requires persons making political solicitations to clearly state "This message is paid for by" followed by identification of the sponsor (candidate name, committee name, entity name, or individual name).

• Expands the state no-call database to prohibit both telephone solicitations and automated calls to residential subscribers who have registered their objection.

• Requires entities making automated political solicitations costing over $500 to register with the secretary of state and Missouri ethics commission prior to making the calls.

• Establishes requirements for radio advertisements promoting political candidates or issues that provide an elected official's phone number and request listener contact.
