Requires health benefit plans delivered, issued, or renewed in Missouri that cover cancer chemotherapy to provide coverage for prescribed oral anticancer medications on terms no less favorable than intravenously administered or injected cancer medications.

Applies to all health benefit plans as defined in section 376.1350 of Missouri law.

Exempts supplemental insurance policies including life care contracts, accident-only policies, specified disease policies, hospital fixed-benefit policies, Medicare supplement policies, long-term care policies, and short-term major medical policies of six months or less duration.

Authorizes the director of the department of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration to determine additional supplemental policies exempt from the requirement.
