Allows applicants for registration of property-carrying commercial vehicles to request and receive two license plates instead of the standard one plate per vehicle.

Director of Revenue may assess an additional charge for the second plate, not to exceed the fee prescribed for personalized license plates under section 301.144.

Applies to property-carrying commercial motor vehicles registered at gross weights exceeding 12,000 pounds.

License plates must display the state name, "SHOW-ME STATE," registration expiration month and year, and fully reflective material with common color scheme and design.

Special plates for disabled veterans and National Guard members display their respective designations instead of "SHOW-ME STATE."
