Prohibits employers from requiring employees to become or remain members of labor organizations as a condition of employment

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or similar charges to labor organizations, or to pay equivalent amounts to charities or third parties

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these rights unlawful, null, and void

Makes violations a Class C misdemeanor and entitles injured persons to injunctive relief and recovery of all damages including attorney fees

Exempts federal Railway Labor Act employees, federal employees, exclusive federal enclaves, and collective bargaining agreements entered into before the section's effective date, but applies to new agreements or renewals
