• Creates registration and enforcement procedures for support orders from other states and foreign countries, with 20-day contest periods and streamlined processes

• Makes Article 7 (sections 454.1680-454.1716) regarding the international Hague Convention on child support contingent on U.S. Congressional ratification of the Convention signed November 23, 2007
