The chief clerk of the house and office of the secretary of the senate must establish an office accessibility protocol by October 1, 2010 for members without wheelchair accessible offices

The protocol must provide for private meetings when constituents with wheelchairs or mobility impairments request them in advance

The protocol must designate specific accessible areas in the capitol for private meetings regardless of whether advance notice is provided
