Establishes the Uniform Premarital Agreement Act in Missouri, adding ten new sections to Chapter 452, RSMo regarding premarital agreements between prospective spouses

Requires premarital agreements to be in writing and signed by both parties, enforceable without consideration, and effective upon marriage

Allows parties to contract regarding property rights, spousal support modification or elimination, disposition of property upon separation or death, life insurance beneficiaries, choice of law, and other matters not violating public policy or criminal statutes

Protects child support rights from being adversely affected by premarital agreements and allows courts to require spousal support if an agreement's elimination of support causes a party to become eligible for public assistance

Makes premarital agreements unenforceable if a party proves non-voluntary execution or unconscionability combined with inadequate financial disclosure or lack of waiver of disclosure rights; applies to agreements executed on or after the effective date of the Act
