Establishes monthly salary ranges for Senate employees across 50+ job classifications, ranging from $908-$1,202 for a Chaplain to $4,629-$6,644 for a Computer Info. Technology Specialist III.

Authorizes one department director and eight division level directors to be compensated according to Office of Administration guidelines.

Grants the Senate Administration Committee authority to reduce, combine, or consolidate positions and salaries as needed, and to contract with consultants whose fees do not exceed comparable position salaries.

Authorizes the Senate Administrator to establish a formula limiting the maximum amount each Senator and caucus may expend for Administrative and Clerical Assistants, with compensation staying within established salary categories.

Permits the Senate Administration Committee to adjust all pay ranges in July to reflect implementation of the state pay plan for FY 2011.
