• Allows courts in Missouri to communicate with courts in other states, request assistance with evidence gathering and evaluations, and accept testimony from out-of-state witnesses via deposition, telephone, or electronic means.

• Permits guardians and conservators appointed in Missouri to petition for transfer of guardianship to another state, and establishes procedures for registering and recognizing guardianship and conservatorship orders from other states.
