Allows property owners to cancel written contracts with residential contractors within five business days of receiving written notice from their insurer that a claim is not covered, with full refund of payments within ten business days

Requires residential contractors to provide cancellation rights disclosure in 10-point boldface type and furnish a detachable "Notice of Cancellation" form in duplicate before contract execution

Prohibits residential contractors from representing or negotiating insurance claims on behalf of property owners for roof or exterior repair work

Classifies violations as unfair practices under Missouri's merchandising practices act
