Repeals section 253.082, RSMo and enacts three new sections (253.082, 256.055, and 640.045) relating to cash transactions by the Department of Natural Resources.

Authorizes the commissioner of administration to draw warrants for facility heads at state parks and historic sites up to $1,500 each as revolving funds for incidental expenses and fee refunds.

Establishes a $500 maximum revolving fund for the director of the division of state parks for cash transactions involving the sale of items made by that division.

Establishes a $500 maximum revolving fund for the director of the division of geology and land survey for cash transactions involving the sale of items made by that division.

Authorizes $500 maximum revolving funds for directors of various other Department of Natural Resources divisions for cash transactions involving the sale of items made by those divisions.
