Extends background check requirements to bus drivers employed by pupil transportation companies under contract with school districts, requiring checks that conform to the National Child Protection Act of 1993

Adds the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to the list of agencies that collaborate on comparing records and may access the family care safety registry information
