Requires Missouri Supreme Court child support guidelines to mandate income documentation for initial support orders and modifications, including wage stubs, W-2 forms, employer statements, wage matches, and bank statements.

Allows parents to agree to no child support award when they have joint physical custody with equal or substantially equal time with each child, the income difference is less than 25 percent, and a finding is made that this arrangement is in the child's best interest.

Permits courts to award up to 50 percent reduction in basic child support for joint custody arrangements where parents spend substantially equal time with children, even when parents do not agree to zero support.

Directs Missouri Supreme Court to amend child support guidelines (Form 14) to reflect the ability to obtain up to 50 percent adjustment for joint physical custody arrangements.

Renumbers subsection 12 to subsection 13 to accommodate new provisions regarding child support determinations in joint physical custody cases.
