MO HB244

Modifies the University of Missouri board of curators to require at least one person serving from each congressional district at all times, with no more than two persons appointed from the same congressional district.

Board members are appointed by the governor with advice and consent of the senate and must be United States citizens who have been Missouri residents for at least two years prior to appointment.

Maintains the requirement that not more than five curators belong to any one political party.

Keeps the board size at nine members total.
