Abolishes the Sentencing Advisory Commission that was previously established to study sentencing disparities and develop recommended sentences for Missouri courts.

Retains existing mandatory minimum sentencing requirements based on prior prison commitments and offense classification, with percentages ranging from 40% to 85% of sentences.

Maintains court discretion to depart from sentencing recommendations and allows judges to impose restorative justice methods including restitution, treatment programs, community service, and work release.

Removes the commission's duties to study sentencing practices, compile statistics on disparities, and publish biennial updates on recommended sentences.
