Prohibits brewers, manufacturers of beer, and their officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from holding any interest in beer wholesaler licenses, businesses, assets, or corporate stock

Allows security interests in products sold to wholesalers until the full purchase price is paid under the Uniform Commercial Code

Permits brewers to acquire wholesaler ownership or interests through court judgments against defaulting wholesalers or written requests from the wholesaler

Limits brewer ownership under these exceptions to 90 days maximum and only for purposes of facilitating an orderly transfer to a non-affiliated owner
