• Repeals outdated sections 454.850 to 454.999 (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act) and enacts 80 new sections 454.1500 to 454.1728 to modernize Missouri's interstate family support law.

• Implements the 2008 version of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, including provisions for the Hague Convention on International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance.

• Updates procedures for establishing, enforcing, and modifying child support orders across states and foreign countries, including new mechanisms for income withholding and payment distribution.

• Expands jurisdiction bases for Missouri courts to exercise personal jurisdiction over nonresidents in support proceedings, including sexual intercourse in the state and putative father registry entries.

• Makes the repeal of old sections effective only upon the United States ratifying the Hague Convention on International Child Support Recovery (completed in 2015).
