Increases MO HealthNet Oversight Committee membership from 18 to 19 members by adding one licensed or registered nurse who cares for participants

Modifies member composition to include the new nurse position while renumbering subsequent committee positions accordingly

Retains all other committee requirements including appointment procedures, meeting frequency (at least four times annually), and responsibilities for reviewing health outcomes and participant satisfaction

Maintains the comprehensive entry point system subcommittee structure with its 18 members focused on developing long-term care services recommendations

Changes member term structure from staggered terms (8 members for two years, 7 for one year) to uniform two-year terms for all appointed members
