Repeals and consolidates sections 578.501, 578.502, and 578.503 into a single section 578.502 known as "Spc. Edward Lee Myers' Law"

Prohibits picketing or other protest activities within 300 feet of a funeral location, starting one hour before the funeral begins and ending one hour after it concludes

Establishes violations as class B misdemeanors for first offenses and class A misdemeanors for repeat offenders, with each day of violation counted as a separate offense

Defines "funeral" as ceremonies, processions, and memorial services held in connection with burial or cremation

Defines "other protest activities" as any action undertaken to disrupt or disturb a funeral
